- The Music Video of this single was shot at Fremantle, Western Australia, Australia (for Senbatsu).
- On February 4, 2025, many fans reported that the music video for "#Sukinanda" on JKT48's YouTube channel was mistakenly attributed under the copyright of BNK48’s "#Sukinanda (Off Vocal Ver.)". The issue was resolved less than 24 hours by the JKT48 Operation Team.
- The title track was used as a CM song for Bihunku (Bihunku feat. JKT48: Nyamankan Harimu").
- Undergirls members promoted Nusumareta Kuchibiru using the hashtag #UGDarurat (lit. "Undergirls Emergency"), a wordplay derived from "UGD" (Unit Gawat Darurat, meaning "Emergency Room"), with "UG" reinterpreted as "Undergirls."
- They had promised to perform Senam Kebugaran Jasmani (SKJ; Physical Fitness Gymnastics) together if the music video reached 1 million views, a milestone achieved on March 17, 2025.
- Following the milestone, on April 6, 2025, each member individually posted the same image of a star—each in a different color—on their X (formerly Twitter) accounts. It was later revealed that the color of each star represented the individual color of the gymnastics costume they would wear during the SKJ performance.
- The SKJ performance took place on April 9, 2025, at the JKT48 practice studio in the IDN HQ building. It was livestreamed through each member’s IDN Live account, except for Adeline Wijaya (as the SKJ instructor) who switched to SHOWROOM Live for the remainder of the event.
