BNK48 Sport Day 2022 (งานกีฬาสีอนุบาลหนูน้อย 48) will be the second BNK48's Sport Competition. The event will be held at Thunder Dome, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok on September 10, 2022.

Trivia[]
- The event was announced during the Shonichi stage of Team BIII 2nd Stage while the groups were announced after BNK48 Janken Tournament 2020.
- The event was originally set on December 26, 2020. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the event was postponed to April 10, 2021 until it had to be postponed once again, indefinitely. The event finally took place on September 10 2022, after nearly two years of postponement.
- Due to the long delay, several members weren't able to participate due to graduation and dismissal from the group before the event:
- Team Green: Kheng (Graduation, December 2020); Fifa (Graduation, December 2020)
- Team Red: Faii (Dismissal, March 2021); Pepo (Graduation, March 2022); Nicha (Resignation, December 2021)
- Team Orange: Jeje (Dismissal, March 2021); Mewnich (Graduation, October 2021); Bamboo (Graduation, May 2022); View (Graduation, May 2022)
- The chosen team leaders are some of the youngest members of their respective group generation:
- BNK48 1st Generation: Satchan
- BNK48 2nd Generation: View (second youngest after Niky)
- BNK48 3rd Generation: Monet
- CGM48 1st Generation: Milk
- While View was Team Orange's original leader, she was replaced by Kaew (Oldest member of BNK48) after the her graduation.
- She still appeared as a special guest during the presentation of players on the day of the event.
