JKT48 10th Anniversary Kick-Off Conference is a special JKT48 event where ten special announcements (dubbed as THE TEN) were made. It also marks the beginning of the year-long celebration of the group's tenth anniversary, hence the term Kick-off Conference was used.
Although there were songs performed as intermission, this event is not officially considered as the anniversary concert and the setlist does not include an Overture.

- This event was hosted by Adi Nugroho (Indonesian presenter).
- After being announced in its first point, the JKT48 NEW ERA project era officially started effectively on January 8, 2022, replacing the JKT48 ONE project era.
- This is the last event under the ownership of Dentsu Indonesia (through its previous company name: PT Dentsu Inter Admark Media Group Indonesia).
