This list also includes members who are divorced, such as Maeda Atsuko, and members who were engaged to marry but ultimately did not, such as Imaizumi Yui.

  • Kawasaki Nozomi married male model Alexander on February 22, 2013. She had her first son on August 29, 2017 and a daughter on October 23, 2020.
  • Nakanishi Rina got married in June 2013 and had a daughter, Airi.
  • Watanabe Shiho got married in September 2014. She has a son born in 2020 and another son in 2022.
  • Tsukamoto Mariko of Otona AKB48 was already married when she joined the group.
  • Kikuchi Ayaka married a non-celebrity man in December 2014, and had her first child on April 30, 2015. She is now a mother to two sons and one daughter.
  • Komori Mika married a gym trainer in December 2014. She had her first daughter on August 4, 2015 and her second daughter on January 10, 2018.

Keyakizaka46 members[]

  • Imaizumi Yui, announced her engagement to Watanabe Mahoto (YouTuber) in January 2021, and had her first child in June 2021. After the birth of her child, announced she would not be getting married. However, in a YouTube video by Watanabe Mahoto's ex employer from March 2024, the ex employer told viewers that the pair did get married in the end and also had a second child. According to him, they got a divorce in February 2024. As Imaizumi had retired from the entertainment industry at this point, she did not make a public confirmation of these statements.

  • Tetsuji (still active), married model Mikami Junko on February 14, 2001. They have two daughters.
  • Endo Shozo (still active), was married to Chiaki (tarento) from 2002 to 2007 and had one daughter with her. He married a non-celebrity woman on December 25, 2015 and they had one son in the summer of 2016.
