  • Became Team KII's Leader on March 30, 2015, after Furukawa Airi's graduation, and held the role until her own graduation. She had the longest tenure as Team KII's Leader (7 years).

2006

  • Tried for AKB48's 2nd Generation but failed the audition.

2007

  • Tried for AKB48's 4th Generation but failed the audition.

2008

  • Tried for AKB48's 7th Generation but failed the audition.

2009

  • In September, she passed the auditions for AKB48's 9th Generation.
  • On November 15th, she made her theater debut.

2010

  • On December 8th, during AKB48's 5th Anniversary Stage, she was promoted to Team Unknown.

2011

  • On June 6th, the name of Team Unknown is revealed to be Team 4. Mina is appointed captain.
  • On June 9th, during the 3rd Senbatsu Election, she ranked #9 (Undergirls).
  • On September 2nd, she was removed as captain and went on a hiatus due to a scandal.

2012

  • On January 4th, she returned to AKB48 and was re-appointed captain of Team 4.
  • On August 24th, during the Tokyo Dome Team Shuffle, she was moved to Umeda Team B when Team 4 disbanded.
  • On November 1st, she started activities as a member of Team B.

2013

  • On April 28th, during the AKB48 Group Rinji Soukai, a concurrent position with SKE48's Team KII was announced.
  • On July 17th, she was picked for her first A-Side Senbatsu for SKE48's 12th single Utsukushii Inazuma.
  • On September 18th, she finished in 4th place during the 4th Janken Taikai.
  • On December 11th, she took part in her first AKB48 A-Side Senbatsu for Kimi no Hohoemi wo Yume ni Miru because of her ranking in the Janken Taikai.

2014

  • On February 24th, during the AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri, her concurrent position was removed and Mina was fully moved to SKE48's Team KII. She was also made co-captain.
  • On May 21st, the management chose her to be part of the AKB48 senbatsu for Labrador Retriever.

2015

  • On March 30th, she became leader of Team KII due to Furukawa Airi's graduation.

2018

  • On June 16th, during the 10th Senbatsu Election, she made it into Senbatsu by placing #8.
  • On September 19th, she was member of the senbatsu for Sentimental Train.

2019

  • On August 2nd, she released her first photobook, Hontou no Imi de Otona ni naru Toiukoto.
  • On August 8th, a re-print of the photobook was announced due to demand.
  • On August 23rd, Oricon News announced that her photobook sold over 10,000 copies still ranked in the top 10 in its third week after release.
  • On September 5th, she appeared on Tokai TV's "Aichi Teru" (あいちテル).
  • From October 12th to November 14th, she appeared in the stage play "Haken Anime!" (ハケンアニメ!).
  • On October 11th, she was added as a character to the Chinese-exclusive mobile game AKB48 Cherry Bay Blaze.
  • On November 15th, she appeared in the live-action remake of Hell Girl (地獄少女, Jikogu Shoujo).

2020

  • From February 7th, she appeared in the TV drama "Ukemen" (ウケメン).
  • In October, she appeared in the movie "Little Subculture Wars ~Villevan! no Gyakushuu~" (リトル・サブカル・ウォーズ ~ヴィレヴァン!の逆襲~).
  • On October 3rd, she appeared in the TV Aichi drama "Kojou e Ikou III" (テレビ愛知ローカル).
  • On November 9th, she was on the cover of Weekly Big Comic Spirits' 50th issue.
  • On November 15th, she released her second photobook "Kotae Awase" (答え合わせ).

2021

  • On October 9th, she announced her graduation from SKE48.

2022

  • On April 1st-3rd, her graduation concert was held in Pacifico Yokohama.
  • Her last activity as SKE48 member was postponed to May 21 because she tested positive for COVID-19 on April 29.
