2014
- On February 24th, during the AKB48 Group Daisokaku Matsuri, her concurrent position was removed and Mina was fully moved to SKE48's Team KII. She was also made co-captain.
- On May 21st, the management chose her to be part of the AKB48 senbatsu for Labrador Retriever.
2015
- On March 30th, she became leader of Team KII due to Furukawa Airi's graduation.
2018
- On June 16th, during the 10th Senbatsu Election, she made it into Senbatsu by placing #8.
- On September 19th, she was member of the senbatsu for Sentimental Train.
2019
- On August 2nd, she released her first photobook, Hontou no Imi de Otona ni naru Toiukoto.
- On August 8th, a re-print of the photobook was announced due to demand.
- On August 23rd, Oricon News announced that her photobook sold over 10,000 copies still ranked in the top 10 in its third week after release.
- On September 5th, she appeared on Tokai TV's "Aichi Teru" (あいちテル).
- From October 12th to November 14th, she appeared in the stage play "Haken Anime!" (ハケンアニメ!).
- On October 11th, she was added as a character to the Chinese-exclusive mobile game AKB48 Cherry Bay Blaze.
