For the first time, a dual-channel scoring system combining Song Selection and Member Selection is implemented, creating a brand-new and more engaging event structure.

Fans can freely select their favorite tracks from the official song library and vote to boost their rankings. The voting system determines the exclusive performing lineup, with the top 30 selected songs presented in a high-quality stage performance.
This year’s event features both original singles and popular Mandarin hits. Two brand-new original songs will release their audio tracks and dance demos on October 27, while five well-known Chinese hits will be simultaneously added to the voting pool, allowing fans to pick their preferred performers and songs.
The competition’s rewards are equally exciting. The Top 1 and Top 2 songs on the overall Golden Melody Ranking will each receive a brand-new original music video. In addition, the winning teams will earn exclusive privileges, including a themed concert tour and special fan meet-and-greet events, celebrating their success with the fans who made it possible.

The competition introduces a scoring-based PK (performance knockout) system that selects seven “Golden Melody Producers” to form the main performance lineup. Together, they will present 22 high-quality songs, showcasing diverse styles and creativity on stage.
Each producer has the freedom to choose and arrange their own setlist, with the aid of AI-assisted music production to create exclusive, customized tracks. Alongside the performances, a series of behind-the-scenes documentary videos will be released, highlighting each producer’s creative process and personal story.
The top three producers in the final ranking will embark on a special trip for the variety program “Let’s Travel Together (一起出游吧)— Golden Melody Special Edition,” celebrating their achievements through a fun and memorable group journey.
